1. Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Saturday. We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt of payment.

2. Inspection and Packaging

As soon as we receive your products, we conduct a thorough quality inspection. The products are then carefully and securely packaged for shipment.

3. Shipping and Delivery Times

After inspection and packaging, we hand your order over to a courier company. The estimated delivery time is usually 8–12 business days.

4. Tracking Your Package

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can easily track your package.

5. Taxes and Fees

Although import fees or taxes may be charged in very rare cases, we have no control over this and cannot estimate any additional costs. These are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control. We make every effort to ensure that our customers do not incur any additional costs. Only in very rare cases may customers be required to pay import duties, taxes, or VAT.
